Using AI Zombie

These terms apply to AI Zombie at aizombie.world. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to follow these terms. Keep your account credentials secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your photos and generation settings

You must have the rights and necessary consent to upload and transform your photos. You permit the service and its AI processing providers to process submitted content to fulfill your generation request. You remain responsible for your uploads, settings and use of the results.

Do not use the service for non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, targeted harassment, impersonation intended to deceive, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not attempt to bypass account, usage or security controls. Zombie imagery is fictional; do not present generated videos as evidence of real events.

Generation results

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for your intended use. Similar generation settings can produce different videos. Review each video before sharing it, and disclose AI editing when context calls for it. We do not guarantee that a result preserves every feature of either original photo or that generated content grants exclusive intellectual property rights. Availability and generation time depend on the model provider and service capacity.

Credits and payments

The site displays the credits required before a generation request. Any paid product, price, credit allocation and billing interval are those displayed at checkout. Payment functionality depends on the site's configured payment provider. Failed tasks recorded as failed by the service return the generation credits reserved for that task; merely disliking a completed result is not a failed task.

For billing problems, cancellation questions or refund requests, contact support@aizombie.world with your account email and order reference. Do not send card details. This page does not promise a fixed refund window; applicable rights and the circumstances of the order will be considered.

Availability and enforcement

We may change or pause features for maintenance, provider changes or abuse prevention. Access may be restricted for misuse. Keep copies of generated videos you want to retain because provider links and storage availability can change. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or a fixed video storage period.
